What you receive

Your Pax Pass opens the PAX AURORA web instrument: synth, texture and nature worlds, sample tools, sound design, spatial controls and recording. The front wheel stays free. The subscription covers this instrument; separately sold future packs, events or experiences are not included.

Price, renewal & cancellation

For new subscriptions, €3,33 plus applicable VAT is charged when you subscribe and every month after that until you cancel. There is no trial or annual commitment. Your next renewal date appears in Stripe’s checkout and billing portal. For Dutch consumers the total is €4,03 including 21% VAT. Other countries’ tax and the final total are shown before you pay, based on your billing location. Existing €4,44 tax-inclusive subscriptions keep their agreed price; creating the new price does not change those subscriptions.

Open “your Pax Pass” in the instrument and choose “manage or cancel subscription”, or use the billing email sign-in link on the access screen. Stripe’s secure portal lets you cancel future renewals, update payment details and see invoices. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid that charge. Normal cancellation leaves access available until the end of the paid period; it does not by itself refund a payment already made.

If a renewal fails, access is not extended into an unpaid period. Stripe may retry the payment and send a payment update request. Successful payment restores eligible access. Contact us if you need help cancelling.

Immediate access & your rights

Access begins after Stripe confirms payment. By subscribing you request immediate service. This does not waive your statutory consumer rights. You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, starting the day after your first subscription contract is concluded. Use withdraw your purchase, email hi@paxaurora.nl, or write to our address above. The standard withdrawal form is optional. Sending your declaration before the deadline is enough. We refund the first payment in full within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method without a fee, and stop the subscription. We do not deduct payment for use during this period. If the last day is a weekend or public holiday, the next working day applies. Any longer statutory period remains available. Withdrawal is separate from ordinary cancellation of future renewals.

If paid access fails or the instrument is not as described, contact us for help, restoration or an appropriate refund. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable consumer law. A full refund, dispute or fraud concern can suspend access and stop future renewals while it is resolved.

Access & your audio

An essential secure cookie remembers access in this browser. Save a private recovery key through “your Pax Pass” to restore access in another browser. Clearing cookies does not cancel a subscription. Keep the key private; contact us with your receipt reference if it is lost. Never email card details or the recovery key.

Imported samples, microphone takes and finished recordings stay in your browser session unless you deliberately share or contribute a file. Download them before refreshing or leaving. A subscription or recovery key does not back up your audio or settings.

Your original work remains yours. Use material you have permission to use. Starter sound licences are listed on the credits page. Donating a sample or world is optional and has separate permission wording; subscribing does not grant us rights to your recordings.

Compatibility

Use a current browser with Web Audio and AudioWorklet support. Audio starts after a tap or click. Microphone recording needs your permission. File sharing and recording support vary by device; downloaded audio can be attached to a message manually. See the manual for the controls and known browser limits.
