withdraw your purchase.
You can withdraw from your first Pax Pass subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason. No account is needed.
The period starts the day after you subscribe. We refund your first payment in full within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal and stop the subscription. We do not deduct a charge for use during this period. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next working day applies. Any longer period required by law is preserved.

Use manage or cancel subscription. Normal cancellation leaves access open until the end of your paid period and is different from withdrawing the first purchase.
Other ways to withdraw
Email an unambiguous withdrawal statement to hi@paxaurora.nl, or post it to Nadia Struiwigh, Enteldijk 3C, 7244 NL Barchem, The Netherlands. Sending it before the applicable deadline is sufficient. You may use the standard form below, but it is not required.
